Happy Friday Loves!  Wow!  I cant believe today is the last day of September!  This month went by really quickly.  September was good to me though.  I geared myself up at the end of August to spend September focusing and working on goals and I stuck with it for the entire month.  I had coffee and breakfast at home, brought lunch and worked out most weekdays.  I am really concentrating on not spending money on silly things and have been eating super clean.  I am not sure how much weight I have lost but it has to be over ten pounds.  My clothes fit better and my wallet is fat.  Not a bad way to end the month! It’s time again for my Friday favorites!  These posts are so fun to write because they cause me to focus on things I’ve loved all week and things I am looking forward to this weekend!  Speaking of this weekend…I am seriously looking forward to this one.  I spent most recent weekends shuttling out to Long Island for parties and visits and this is my first in a while where I am staying home.  I don’t have a huge amount of plans and I cant wait to hang out with Taylor and my cats, organize and do some cleaning.   Continue reading

Happy Friday Loves!  I have been blogging sporadically for the Summer but now that Labor Day has come and gone I am officially back and totally focused.  So far I am kicking butt in September.  I am already eight days into eating healthy, bringing my lunch/snacks to work and going to bed at a reasonable hour.  I have saved a bunch of money and lost five pounds.  I have yet to make it to the gym this month but that starts up again on Monday.  I am very happy with my progress and plan to stay on this path.
