Cache is Closing!

Growing up, one of my favorite activities was to wander around the local mall with my friends.  On our way to Claire’s or Contempo I would stop and gaze at the fancy dresses in the window of Cache.  Over the years I have had the pleasure of buying a few for various weddings and parties.  Their dresses are so well made and trendy without looking cheap.

Sadly, I got an email last week that they are closing all their stores.  While I will miss admiring their clothes I am definitely wanting to rush there ASAP to take advantage of their ridiculous liquidation sales.  Right now they are offering 30-60 % off all merchandise and items will only get cheaper as they get closer to 3/30.  You can check out the current sale information on their Facebook page.

Some of the things I am hoping they still have in my size are:

This navy mermaid gown.  How gorgeous is that?  I love the jeweled details at the waist.

This beautiful tiered lace dress.  That would be great for work, weekend family events, even blog events.

They also have some beautiful gowns that would work perfectly for prom and at these crazy prices Cache would be one of the first places I would stop with my daughter if I were in the market for one.

This is a sponsored post. Thank you for supporting ALG.

I used to love looking in their windows as well!! Though, I have never bought anything from there…a bit too much and I never need anything that fancy. That navy dress is amazing!!!

I still have a cardigan from Cache that is black with sorta a ruffle trimmed in white. Well, it’s a lot prettier than I’m describing. I got it probably ten+ years ago (shhhh don’t tell anyone), but it still is such a perfect piece to add to a dress when it may be a little chilly.

I loved checking things out there too. I noticed it was liquidating when I was at the mall a couple days ago, but I didn’t know if it was a gimmick. I wonder if it’s a function of more people buying online or what… That’s really too bad – they always had gorgeous dresses!
